Final Sale Policy:

  • All sales at Over Modify are final. Due to the highly customized nature of our livery kits, we are unable to offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed.
  • Each livery kit is crafted to meet your specific design requirements. As these items are custom-made, they cannot be resold or reused, necessitating our strict no-refund policy.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or other appropriate solution.

Order Modifications:

  • Orders may be modified within a limited time frame after they are placed. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at overmodify.cs@gmail.com. Our team will assist you with the modification process, subject to the stage of production.

Exchanges:

  • As all products are custom-made, we do not offer exchanges. Please ensure that your order details are accurate to avoid any issues.
