Livery Shipping Times:

• Custom livery kits have an estimated shipping time of 12-14 weeks. This extended timeframe allows us to ensure the highest quality and precision in every custom-made kit.

Other Orders Shipping Times:

• All merchandise orders can take up to 8 weeks to ship. This timeframe accounts for production, quality checks, and packaging to ensure that you receive a top-notch product.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time for non-livery items varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after the order has been shipped.

International Shipping:

• Over Modify ships internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
• Please note that you will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country’s customs department.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number should be active within 24-48 hours.

Damages:

• Over Modify is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
